Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Most repairs are backed by our 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty. Some parts and services carry their own terms, such as tires and wheel alignments, so ask us which coverage applies to your repair before you approve the work, and we will tell you.
How do I know what my car really needs?
We inspect the vital points of your vehicle and give you a detailed report that starts with your concern, then covers the vehicle's overall condition and mileage recommendations, with pictures of any issues we find when available. We go over it with you and prioritize what has to be done, so you decide with clear information.
