Lift And Leveling Kits

What is a lift or leveling kit?

Ram Truck Lifted

A lift or leveling kit raises the height of your truck. It adds ground clearance for off-road driving, makes space for larger wheels and tires, and gives the truck a more aggressive stance.

There are two kinds: a lift kit raises the truck for more clearance, and a leveling kit raises the front to match the height of the rear.

Trucks, Jeeps and SUVs

Chevy, Ford, Ram, Toyota, Tesla and more.

Alignment included

Every install ends with a wheel alignment.

Free inspection

Multi-point, a $75 value. No purchase required.

Is a lift or leveling kit right for your truck?

A kit is worth a look if you want any of these.

Room for bigger tires

Space for larger wheels and tires.

More ground clearance

For trails and rough terrain.

A level stance

The front raised to match the rear.

A more aggressive look

A taller stance for your truck.

Before you pick a kit, decide:

How much height you want

The driving you will do

The tire size you want

Why the right kit matters

A lift changes more than the height. Some kits need additional modifications, such as extended brake lines or new shocks, to work properly, so the right kit is the one built for your truck and the height you want.

Chosen well, a kit gives you room for larger tires, more ground clearance and better ride quality without sacrificing a comfortable ride.

What the right kit gets you

  1. Room for larger wheels and tires
  2. More ground clearance
  3. Better ride quality
  4. A balanced look and better handling
  5. A more aggressive stance

Leveling kits vs. lift kits: which one is right for you?

Lift kit

Typically used on Jeeps, trucks and SUVs. It adds wheel and ground clearance, so the vehicle can tackle rough terrain with ease and fit larger tires.

Leveling kit

Raises the front of a truck to match the height of the rear, for a more balanced look and better overall handling.

Lift and Leveling Kits FAQ

What is the difference between a lift kit and a leveling kit?

A leveling kit raises the front of a truck to match the height of the rear, for a more balanced look and better overall handling. A lift kit raises the truck for more wheel and ground clearance. Lift kits are typically used on Jeeps, trucks and SUVs that need to tackle rough terrain.

Will a lift kit make my truck ride rough?

It does not have to. The right kit depends on how much height you want and the driving you do, and our staff helps you choose one that gives you the clearance and tire room you are after without sacrificing a comfortable ride. Some kits also need new shocks to work properly.

Does a lift kit need other parts?

Some do. Depending on the kit and the height, a lift may need additional modifications, such as extended brake lines or new shocks, to work properly. Every job comes with a complete estimate, so you see everything your kit needs before the work starts.

Is a wheel alignment included after the install?

Yes. Every lift or leveling kit install ends with a wheel alignment on our Hunter alignment rack, included in the job. Raising a truck changes its alignment angles, and an alignment afterwards keeps the steering straight and the tires wearing evenly.

Which lift kit brands do you install?

We install kits from leading aftermarket suspension brands, including Rough Country, MaxTrac, Fabtech, Cognito, Bilstein, Fox Suspension and Pro Comp. Our staff helps you pick the brand and kit that fit your truck, the height you want and the way you drive.

Which vehicles can you lift?

We install suspension lift kits on most pickups, including the Chevy Silverado, the Ford F-150, F-250 and F-350, Ram, GMC, Nissan and the Toyota Tundra, plus Jeep, Hummer, Subaru and Tesla. If you do not see yours, call us and we will check the options for your vehicle.
